Webinar Overview
Compassion is empathy grounded in action. It occurs when we take a step away from empathy and ask ourselves what we can do to support the person who is suffering. During this training, participants will learn the definition of compassion and explore why it matters in the workplace. Included will be experientials to further practice strategies for taking action with compassion.
Webinar Objectives
After this training, participants will be able to:
1. Differentiate between sympathy, empathy and compassion. 2. Identify 1-3 ways compassion positively impacts the workplace. 3. Recall 1-3 strategies for taking action with compassion.
