It’s been almost a year since all states were required to come in to compliance with the Family First Prevention Services Act. While there is public access to state prevention plans and the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse, there is less publicly available information regarding the impact of changes to how out-of-home care is funded, particularly what states are doing about Qualified Residential Treatment Programs. What progress have states made? What challenges remain? Join this ACRC member town hall to hear a national update, share your experiences on the ground, and learn from colleagues across the country.
