Creating Cultures of Accountability

We are all members of varied and numerous cultures. Our individual contributions to those cultures has the capacity to impact others significantly, in positive or negative ways. The level to which we choose to engage and hold ourselves and others accountable shapes those cultures, creating environments where great things can happen (or not). As persons responsible for the honorable service and work done for and on behalf of children, teens and their families, we owe them every effort and commitment to do everything in our power to provide the best care, treatment, and services. They deserve that and so much more. This presentation focuses on the impact every organization and individual can have on creating and maintaining healthy, productive, safe, and effective environments and cultures of accountability for others.
